Sales Development Representative Manager (SDRM)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of 5-10 sales representatives responsible for selling a diverse portfolio of products across a variety of brands. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving team performance, and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team with diverse products and brand expertise.
  • Design and implement effective sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and implement individual development plans.
  • Foster a collaboriatve and results-orientated team environment.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Partner with Sales Operations department to develop and execute winning sales strategies for each product and brand Nectar represents.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities to achieve Sales Targets.
  • Set and track individual and team sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales training programs, equipping your team with the necessary product knowledge and selling skills.

Customer and Brand relationships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Brand Owners, who are Nectar’s Customers.
  • Present regular performance reports from Nectar’s Dashboards and demonstrate team progress towards sales targets and outlining key initiatives to get there.
  • Collaboratively navigate challenges and obstacles, ensuring customer satisfaction and good Net promoter Score.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales Director and Sales Operations team to develop and implement sales practices and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the identification and recruitment of top sales talent
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience lead and managing a sales team in a complex environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering team success.
  • Strong understand of sales best practices, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify and prioritise opportunities.
  • Adaptability and agility in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales technology - Hubspot being a Major plus.

Salary

RM13,000 – RM15,000 per month
